We are a Husband-and-Wife team that saw a necessity in the Vacation Cleaning Market and for that we Launched our Vacation Rental Cleaning Service in 2011.
Early on
We operated a vacation rental property management service and noticed a huge issue. The issue was a Property Management Company wasn’t the key to a successful vacation rental business, it was actually the Cleaning/Presentation Company! We focused all our energy is figuring out exactly what that cleaning company should look like and what it should provide. Most of our clients were out of town, so why ask them to provide toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. when we could offer that as part of our services! So, we did, then we focused on presentation, special folds, etc. That has been the recipe for success since 2010!

We are focused on a small clientele list so that we can focus on each vacation rental with much dedication! We focus on the idea that we are a partner of yours and your success depends on our cleaning and presentation and our success depends on your rental and return guests.
